Anna has more than 14 years of recruiting, human resource and operations management experience. During the past nine years she has personally completed several hundred searches at the professional, managerial and executive level for technology companies in B.C. and across Canada. Companies are pleased to receive her expertise either on a traditional recruitment basis or on an advisory fee for service basis.

Having been recognized by her peers and industry associations for her consulting excellence and being the recipient of numerous performance awards, Anna has attained success in the search industry while holding fast to her professional values. In addition to her consulting activities, Anna has been actively involved with various industry and academic organizations. She is a past Executive Member and Vice-Chair of the UBC Commerce Alumni Association (Sauder School of Business), a past and current career program instructor for the Sauder School of Business MBA Program, a past committee member of HRMA, and a member of the VEF and the BCTIA. Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business. She has also attained the Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) professional designation.
