Luciano is unlike traditional HR professionals in that he has nearly two decades of operations experience which allows him the ability to implement practical, strategic recruitment and Post-Hire solutions for small to medium-sized companies. He has contributed to the success of organizations that are recognized in the "Top 50 Companies to Work for in Canada". Luciano has been involved with GO Recruitment since its inception, recruiting qualified candidates and providing Post-Hire expertise.

With his strong focus on achievement, Luciano continues to enhance his reputation developed at organizations such as Weldwood of Canada, Norske Skog, Terminal Systems Inc., Norpac, Nordion International and Arcus Community Resources. Throughout his career he has been involved in workforce planning and the recruitment of talent at all levels based on sound recruiting practices (e.g. behavioral-based) and criteria. He particularly enjoys taking an organization's vision and "making it real" by ensuring the right people have the right knowledge and understanding to achieve results.

Luciano holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia and a Diploma in Business Administration from BCIT. He was previously the President of the BC Industrial Relations Association. In his spare time, Luciano works with several social service organizations and currently sits on the Board of the Vancouver Society of Children's Centres, a premier provider of child and family services in Vancouver.
