Maryann is a recruitment specialist with over 5 years strategic recruitment and Post-Hire service experience under her belt. She has worked as an in-house recruiter for both high growth, emerging, and established technology companies in British Columbia. In the past two years, Maryann has completed the search for over 200 positions for eight technology companies here in British Columbia, earning her a reputation as one of the best recruitment specialists capable of offering creative and scalable solutions. Maryann has managed large scale recruitment assignments ranging from Administrative Staff to Software Engineers to C-level Management.

What differentiates Maryann from other traditional recruiters is her involvement with two High Tech Exchange Group's (HTEG) Special Interest Groups focused on recruitment and retention.
