Raymond To has been recruiting and offering HR consulting to technology companies here in British Columbia since 1992. Applying the training received from his CMA and MBA, he founded GO Recruitment in 2002 and immediately set out to change the way companies could benefit from a different kind of service. He was recognized in 2006 as one of Business in Vancouver's "40 under 40" winner. Today, GO Recruitment offers HRecruitment services which boasts of high retention rates for companies who engage his firm either on an "a la carte" basis or on an outsourced basis offering both recruitment and HR services. Raymond is also an active board member sitting on the Advisory Board as a Recruitment Consultant for
PeerFX. He is also heavily involved right now with a wireless company called
Mobidia as their HR Managing Consultant. His community work has him involved as Partner of
BC Social Venture Partners where it recently granted funding to an international non-profit organization called
Dress for Success. When there is spare time left over, he writes a monthly column for The Employment Paper offering insights for companies and individuals looking for an edge in the employment market.
