Stephanie Farenhorst, BBA

Stephanie works closely with many of our consultants in providing both onsite and offsite HRecruitment support to many of GO's clients. Her training and speciality spans all aspects of Human Resources including recruitment. In the past two years, she has successfully applied her training and personal style helping our clients across the manufacturing, distribution, non-profits and of course the technology sector. Of the multi-faceted characteristics required for excellence in recruiting, Stephanie's unique ability to gain the trust of our clients and candidates sets her apart. She is able to take a holistic approach when matching the expectations and requirements of both clients and candidates. This approach has given our organization a competitive edge which has been realized in increased retention rates for clients.

She spends a considerable amount of time working with the Adoptive Families Association of BC in an HR capacity to maximize the potential of the organization's human resources by aligning them with the overall strategy. Stephanie has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management and holds the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) candidacy.
