Ready? Set. Go!
Ready? The process starts with a discussion or meeting with one of our experienced specialists. In the initial meeting, you will have an opportunity to assess our capabilities and to decide whether a particular opportunity is one you wish to pursue.
Set. If there is an immediate need for action, we will conduct an in-depth 1-on-1 confidential interview with you. At the end of the interview, we will mutually decide if you would like us to present you to one of our client companies. Your resume and profile is then confidentially submitted to the client, but our service does not end there.
Go! Throughout the interviewing and selection process with the client, we will answer any questions you have and provide guidance, feedback and negotiation support. After you have accepted your offer, we can coach you on effective resignation from your existing position. Even after you have started in your new job, we will continue to be in contact with you to ensure the placement was a successful one for you.
On the other hand, from our initial discussion, if we both decide that no immediate action is needed, we will advise you to bookmark our ever-changing and growing job listing and check it every 45 to 60 days. For our part, we will be sure to contact you when that just-right opportunity occurs!
